Hi, I recently met a problem when simulating with a touchstone file with HSPICE. The touchstone model is extracted with HFSS or ADS. The data point is from DC to 10GHz. When I start to simulate with the model, the output wave form shows some weird wonder. However, after I take away the data point of DC, the waveform becomes regular and looks fine. Why DC point data in touchstone file can cause the problem? And what we lose in simulation without DC data point?
