Derek, I don't know if you are aware of this or not, but Ray has set-up a 
place on the SI web page for job seekers, and head hunters, os there is no 
need for head hunters to violate the list policy in the name of helping 
folks who are looking for work.  Maybe it needs to get publicized here a 
little more.  It seems to me that works out better for everyone.
