currently seeking talented candidates for the following position.

Position Summary:

Principal Development Engineer - Signal Integrity

- Model/design power distribution on PCBs and probecards 
- Model/design high-density I/O's on PCBs and probecards with respect
to parameters such as reflections, bandwidth, and crosstalk 
- Provide design constraints to PCB layout 
- Perform lab measurements and correlate to simulation as well as
refine future models 
- Support probecard development activities in design group  
 
Requirements
 
- BSEE or MSEE or equivalent with 2-5 years industry experience 
- Experience with signal integrity design with emphasis on power
distribution at PCB, packaging, and/or system level 
- Strong foundation in transmission line theory 
- Experience with 3D modeling tools as well as spice simulation tools 
- Experience with laboratory measurements using equipment such as
oscilloscopes, vector network analyzers, spectrum analyzers and time
domain reflectometers 
- Excellent analytical, design, and debug skills 
- Good verbal and written communication skills 
- Self-motivating with the ability to work well with others in a team
environment
