Signal Integrity Group that is responsible for defining "safe design space"
guidelines for high frequency, fast transitioning signaling. Manage the use
state of the art simulation tools in both the time and frequency domains to
assess timing, noise margin, cross talk, signal loss and signal integrity of
all clock and critical data signaling in high performance switching systems.
Work closely with board and system design managers to assess tradeoffs and
provide design guidance and review. Enable the platform design team to
achieve first pass design success. Assess component and packaging
technologies to determine suitability and fitness for use in high
performance switch design. The SI Engineering Manager will also be

the area of signal integrity analysis on complex and high performance
systems; demonstrated success in contributing to the signal integrity
activities of PCB and ASIC development; proficiency in the use of analytical
