Although I've been involved in power distribution issues for quite a few years and I'm familiar with the work of many contributors in this area, I don't believe I have ever heard of the authors (not that that means much). Looking at the book description on Amazon .com you find that the book does cover a number of relevant topics and that it is a summary of the authors PhD research at U of Rochester.
