Hi! You need to set up the Strobes for doing setup & Hold time measurement. Since you have written the custom measurement, all you need to do is go SET-->Strobe and in the window that appears slect the clock or strobe that you are using to make setup & hold time measurements as Strobe & the other two/three data pins as Data pins.
