Todd,
   We have a robust static timing analysis tool built (SiAuditor) that 
is integrated with Hspice and IBIS and performs rigorous waveform 
processing and can be utilized at the system level.

There are actually quite a few static timing tools out there. I can 
think of 6 off the top of my head. Having used all of these major tools, 
I would be happy to give you my opinions (off line) of the tools 
features and limitations. I will also comment our static timing tool we 
have avoided pitfalls of the other tools.

We also have IBIS/SPICE validation built in.
