Greetings SI-LISTERs!
It's that time of the year again, and I am happy to announce that Samtec
will again be sponsoring an informal gathering for all SI-LISTERS and
associates, at DesignCon 2011 at the Santa Clara Convention Center in
Santa Clara, CA.
This will be our Fifth Annual mEEt and gEEk, as we like to call it.
mEEt and gEEk was started to allow folks who interact here at the
SI-LIST to finally meet face-to-face. And it has grown into an event
that, well, allows folks who interact here at the SI-LIST to meet
face-to-face....
Complementary appetizers and beer, wine and other beverages will be
provided.
Attendees will not be bombarded with any sales propaganda. There will,
however, be a few sales and marketing types passing out trinkets. If
any of them get out of line and try to sell you something, let me know
ASAP. We'll make sure they spend some quality time with "The Enforcer"
(aka, Steve Weir).
When: Tuesday, Feb 1, 2011 from 6:00-8:00 PM
Where: Hyatt Regency Hotel, Santa Clara, CA - this is the DesignCon 2011
trade show host hotel
We only ask two things:
* If you would like to attend, please RSVP by sending an email
to meetandgeek@xxxxxxxxxx by January 21
* Stop by our booth to pick up a ticket, booth number 215 on the
exhibit floor. We'll provide more detailed location information at that
time.
If you will not be attending the show but would like to participate, we
can arrange for other ticket delivery methods.
