Role:

The QCT Product & Test group has an opening for a device load board design 
position. This group develops test solutions for design verification and high 
volume production testing of Zero-IF (ZIF) RF 
receivers/transmitters/transceivers, Mobile Station Modems (MSMs), baseband 
mixed-signal receivers, audio devices, and power management ASICs designed by 
QCT. Job responsibilities for this position include design and debug of test 
interface hardware, schematic capture, oversee layout, and release test 
hardware into volume production.

Skills/Experience:


  *   Understanding of electrical engineering concepts and circuit solving 
skills
  *   Able to work with common test equipment (oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer, 
logic analyzer, network analyzer, etc)
  *   DUT/DIB Test board and/or probe card design and development
  *   Knowledge in RF, mixed-signal, or analog PCB design including CAD 
interface
  *   Familiarity with Mentor Graphic and Cadence a plus
  *   Ability to communicate clearly, organize effectively and document work 
thoroughly
  *   Experience designing hardware for the following: Teradyne Uflex, Iflex, 
Verigy 93k
  *   Experience using device handlers and probers; TEL Precio, Accreech 
UF3000, SUSS PA300

Education Requirements:
§  BSEE or equivalent
§  Course work:

  *   Analog circuit design
  *   RF Fundamentals
  *   Analog/Digital Communications
