[SI-LIST] SERDES recommendation request

Hello SI List
Can anyone recommend a SERDES, or Deserializer, or CDR
that can reliably receive a PCI-Express signal stream?
The data rate is 2.5 Gbps. I don't need to transmit.
Standalone SERDES or PHY devices for PCI-Express are not
available currently it seems, although there are plenty of
cores and IP advertised.
I don't need the data link or transaction layer functions.
I need the deserialize and would like lane deskew and 8B/10b
decode.
