hi; I had encountered the problem some days earlier, The issue is only because the rise/fall time of Miron chip is too short. So you must add a resister as serial termination, if the bus connect to other chip except cpu and sdram, you maybe get the worse result with the distance longer between sdram and the other chip "peter zhu" <peter.zhu@xxxxxxxxxx> ·¢¼þÈË£º si-list-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx 2004-09-15 17:12 Çë´ð¸´ ¸ø peter.zhu ÊÕ¼þÈË£º <si-list@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> ³ËÍ£º Ö÷Ì⣺ [SI-LIST] SDRAM problem All: Deos any encounter SDRAM data bus SI problem without series resistor(10 ohm) on data bus? I meet such problem in Miron 512Mb SDRAM chip working with Marvell 64260 bridge. This problem result in CPU unstability. When I change to Samesung 512MB SDRAM chip. the problem disappear.
