hi;
    I had encountered the problem some days earlier, The issue is only 
because the rise/fall time of Miron chip is too short. So you must add a 
resister as serial termination, if the bus connect to other chip except 
cpu and sdram, you maybe get the worse result with the distance longer 
between sdram and the other chip

All:
Deos any encounter SDRAM data bus SI problem without series resistor(10 
ohm)
on data bus?

I meet such problem in Miron 512Mb SDRAM chip working with Marvell 64260
bridge. This problem result in CPU unstability. When I change to Samesung
512MB SDRAM chip. the problem disappear.
