If your goal is to make a simulation model, the capacitor manufactures have
pretty good free tools to do this.  KEMET, AVX, Dielectric Labs, ATC all
have something and there are probably others.  These tools will also tell
you what the ESL is supposed to be so you'll know if your measurements are
close, and KEMET Spice will export a good high-order SPICE model that has
the resonant and many antiresonant points.
