Yes, Samit is correct.
Just go to Agilent main web site, key in "s-parameter" or "network analyzer" as
key word on search menu (choose Electronic Test & Measurement from drop down
menu), then you may see a lot of related application notes.

Both Agilent and Tektronix have good collection of white papers and articles
discussing both the fundamentals and techniques to measure S-parameters.
