Hi,
I have been using Sumitomo (was FUJITSU) FHX35X/002 a low leakage, low
capacitance, high Ft & high gm HEMT FET, for an optical receiver
trans-impedance pre-amp.
Any suggestions for a replacement?
Key parameters:
Cgs < 0.5pF
Igs < 20nA (typ.)
gm > 40 (typ.)
Ft > 5GHz
