[SI-LIST] Re: Registered DDR 266/333 model?

I need to make a comment on this last message. In the past it was true =
that
dml files could not be extracted into sigxp. Work is in progress to =
allow
users to create a model from the original board dml that will allow use =
in
sigxp.=20

Currently we are in beta with this project but if the need is there for =
that
use I can create the desired model on a case by case basis.=20

I hope this helps.

Sogo,

Micron supplies .dml files that include board models for their dimms. =
As
these are extracted models you won't be able to load the routed dimm =
board
or to (accurately) extract routed nets into sigxp. But if you design =
link
them to your dimm-socket and "probe" the net in specctraquest, the
simulation works very well.
