Cirrex in Santa Clara, CA has done some crazy small and precise boards for
me. They'll work with you on what can and can't be done and get it right.

Subject: [SI-LIST] Recommendations for PCB fabs - tight tolerance

We are designing small PCB's to use as test fixtures for fine pitch wafer
level chip-scale parts (WLCSP).  Our current PCB fab seems to be having
issues with tolerance control of the pads and solder mask.  Looking for
recommendations of PCB fabs that have very tight process control.
Thanks,
Chris
