Thanks Ed and others for your responses. I have attached something
I put together for my group on this based on some experiments
and responses on the Si_List if anyone is interested in
commenting or adding to this or some lesser experienced guy
like myself trying to learn.  Some of the data in the document
is from Maxim app. note HFAN-4.0.2.
