Hello,
I would like to know how to determine the BER ( Bit
Error Rate) for a given RMS phase Error in the Ouput
of Transmitter.
In particular, I would like to know how the Phase
Error at the ouput of Frequency Synthesizer ( Or
Transmitter) appear in the calculation of Link Budget
analysis to compute the Bit Error Rate.
