Jliou,

It sounds like the "dog bone" pattern in a BGA where the blind via and
short trace to the pad are all defined together as part of the pin pad.
The ISF syntax does not support complex pads like this so axxx
simplifies it to something that the ISF syntax does support, namely a
circle or rectangle.

Try routing another trace from the pad to connect to the trace at
another point just to test this idea.

After that, you should call Mentor Customer Support. They have some
really good people.

The problem is not via pad shift with trace, after we double check it.
The problem is part pad don't connect to trace. This problem happen on
blind via design, don't happen on not blind via design. And after we
compare the isf file between Allegro blind via design and Mentor blind
via design, we found the isf file for Allegro have parts pin name on top
and bottom layer, but isf file for Mentor don't have.
