Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor with 15+ years, or M.S.E.E. with 10+ years, or Ph.D. with 8+
years of experience in High Speed Design, majored in electric, RF, microwave or
equivalent
- Must have successful project on High Speed Backplane architecture
design for telecommunication product, and extensive hands-on experience with
High Speed Serdes characterization through simulation and measurement
- Skilled High Speed/Frequency simulation with HFSS, ADS, Matlab/Simulink
and etc.
- Proficient with the theory, method and operation of VNA, Oscilloscope,
TDR, Probe Station, BERT and etc.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
