Hi Experts,
Please give me inline response?
1. Data, DQS, address, and clk are high speed in DDR.
Is it necessary to do SI for WE/RE#, CE#, ALE and command latch enable?
2. If the DDR2 is 266MHz, what will be the frequency of command/control signals
that are mentioned above? Or tell me the frequency for which I should optimize
these signals?
