with .00003in min Rhodium on it.=20

Some tools allow you to layer on the plating material and its
conductivity. The main differences will of course be in resistance.
Since Silver is a better conductor than copper I would not expect
any DC resistance problems. However the skin effect could be=20
another matter. The skin depth of silver is well known but I am
not familiar with Rhodium. You would have to get the conductivity
number of the Silver/Rhodium plating material for a start.=20
