Dan,

I don't have a Pentium M notebook to do any testing, but I found an
article on the web which you may find helpful.

The First Pentium-M Notebook Put To The Test

Subject: [SI-LIST] Pentium M ???

Has anybody bought a notebook with the
new Pentium M yet?

I am curious as to what it will really do under
heavy number crunching conditions, like
running HFSS or an MoM code.

My IT people want me to buy one instead
of a 3GHz Mobile Pentium 4; not sure I want
to be the guinea pig. Batter life is not an issue.
