Joel you can choose the free field solver of your choice to get a 
geometry for either edge or broadside coupled differential pair.  
Alternately for $20. you can rent time on Polar and get a pretty precise 
result. Wider traces have less skin loss, and can be etched more 
accurately.  They take up more space in the X-Y plane, require greater 
cavity thicknesses, and require more space to hold down crosstalk.  The 
general idea is only go as wide as you need to.
