Geetha,
The regular procedure for coupon measurement uses TDR (Time Domain). It =
reflects a frequency span from DC to its upper frequency resolution.
To measure it on a specific frequency you should use s/w tools to =
convert TDR response into the frequency domain or use a VNA.

Typically, we should define how much accurate is 'accurate enough' for =
the design we need to cover. If this should be very accurate, than =
measurement procedure becomes to be much longer and complex. Starting =
with coupon design (location and shape), going on equipment calibration, =
improving probing techniques and measurement analysis methods.=20

Usually, for the implementation you mentioned, the standard procedure is =
accurate enough and it is ok to use the TDR measurement for both bands.
