Pugal, On-die terminations are usually modeled with one or the other clamp I-V curves. The driver impedance is obtained from the sum of the two clamp I-V curves and either the Pullup or Pulldown I-V curve. The driver may have a different impedance when it is driving high or low... And for the driver impedance do we need to refer the pull-up or pull-down curve?
