Pugal,
On-die terminations are usually modeled with one or the
other clamp I-V curves.
The driver impedance is obtained from the sum of the
two clamp I-V curves and either the Pullup or Pulldown
I-V curve. The driver may have a different impedance
when it is driving high or low...

How does the ODT values like 75, 50 ohm characteristics are implemented in the
IBIS models?
And for the driver impedance do we need to refer the pull-up or pull-down
