Hi Kirana, This standard is grossly out-dated. The new standard to be released shortly will be IPC-7351. Most of this was developed by www.pcblibraries.com and is currently completely available on the PADS platform. This has been pushed by a person of the name Tom Hausherr and is touted to be the "standard of the future". The site has a ton of other documentation though that will also help you in your quest to PCB design. I'd consider it the ABSOLUTE of all PCB layout development. Good day.
