Joel, Going to an HSPICE transistor model is quite difficult from a behavioral IBIS model, because you would basically have to become a circuit designer to implement a circuit which behaves like the behavioral description in the IBIS file. However, my colleagues tell me that there is an ELDO and HSPICE model for PCI Express in Mentor's PCI Express design kit. Would you like to try that? http://supportnet.mentor.com/reference/other-info/hyperlynx_designkits/d ownloads.cfm (Requires a Mentor SupportNet login). But I am curious, why are you trying to convert an IBIS model to HSPICE? HSPICE does support IBIS, couldn't you use an IBIS model directly if it was available? Or is there an IBIS model I can convert to HSPICE? I need it to use as a stimulus to test a PCI Express channel including PCBs and connectors. =20 Thanks - Joel =20 ------------------------------------------------------------------ To unsubscribe from si-list: si-list-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with 'unsubscribe' in the Subject field or to administer your membership from a web page, go to: //www.freelists.org/webpage/si-list For help: si-list-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with 'help' in the Subject field List technical documents are available at: http://www.si-list.net List archives are viewable at: =20 //www.freelists.org/archives/si-list or at our remote archives: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/si-list/messages Old (prior to June 6, 2001) list archives are viewable at: http://www.qsl.net/wb6tpu =20 ------------------------------------------------------------------ To unsubscribe from si-list: si-list-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with 'unsubscribe' in the Subject field or to administer your membership from a web page, go to: //www.freelists.org/webpage/si-list For help: si-list-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with 'help' in the Subject field List technical documents are available at: http://www.si-list.net List archives are viewable at: //www.freelists.org/archives/si-list or at our remote archives: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/si-list/messages Old (prior to June 6, 2001) list archives are viewable at: http://www.qsl.net/wb6tpu
