Arun,
a simple simulation using SONNET LITE (it's free) or one of the other field
solver programs will tell you. First you need to decide how much coupling
between planes your circuit can tolerate. Then design to that. If you want
an estimate, I'd say separate the plane edges by 4X the plane-to-plane
spacing. And place the planes close together - 5 mils or closer.
