[SI-LIST] Motherboard recommendation request

We need to buy a new PC. RAM capacity is the MOST important factor.
We need at least 4 GB of RAM (is it possible to have more?)
Prefer PC100 or PC133 SDRAM
prefer P3 or P4 processor
What motherboards are people aware of that can work here? Or are there
other ways to get additional RAM capacity that I am not aware of?
