--- Modeling Engineer - Job description ----

The individual will be involved in activities related with investigations of
techniques for accuracy improvement of LDMOS transistor models, development of
passive component modeling methodologies, for planar and non-planar circuits
and the use of these passive modeling methodologies to develop product level
models. The engineer will interface with design engineers and device engineers
while developing and extracting new models of RF High Power Products.

Desired and Required Qualifications:

The engineer should have a strong background on Microwave and RF engineering
with an emphasis on one or several of the following areas:
- Development, generation and extraction of semiconductor device compact
models
- Passive component modeling
- Electromagnetic simulation of passive structures
- Numerical techniques for model generation and optimization
- Development of advanced RF/microwave measurement techniques

In addition the following requirements apply:
- Bachelor in Electrical Engineering is required; Master or PhD degrees
in Electrical Engineering are desired but not required.
-       Programming languages: Matlab, C/C++
- Strong communication skills
- Working knowledge with Agilent's Advanced Design System (ADS), Ansoft's
