Hi Jaison,
1. use a high frequency single ended probe.
2. make sure that the ground lead of the probe is as small as possible (
dont use the one with the clip-on ground leads which are quite long and pick
up lot of noise, instead use a spring type of ground lead nicely wound
around the unshielded ground portion of the probe)
3. its always better if the probe be placed directly across the output
capacitor.
