Unni,
You can get IBIS models for the SDRAM from any of the memory venders
then you will need to get the JEDEC spec for Unbuffered DDR2 SODIMMs
this will give you the module routing for the raw cards. You can also
make a spec model for the SDRAM from the JEDEC DDR2 spec. =20
