[SI-LIST] LVPECL DC bias

Hello everyone,
I used a device MC100EP11 of ON semiconductor.
MC100EP11 is a ECL 1:2 differential fanout buffer.
One differential output is to be converted to LVTTL.
But the problem is that the DC bias of the diff.
output
is only 1.5V! Since 2.OV is the standard DC bias of
LVPECL,it fails to be converted to LVTTL.
Anyone knows how to improve the DC bias the LVPECL
output?
