req #1915 As a Signal Integrity Architect, you will oversee the design, development and validation of product power integrity, signal integrity analysis at silicon, package and platform levels. Simulation modeling methodology and flow development to improve accuracy and efficiency in analyzing signal and power integrity of high speed serial protocols and parallel IO interface like DDR3/4. You will also interface with cross-functional departments to define and develop simulation environment for monolithic, stacked die, and other SoC technologies. You will work with silicon characterization group for silicon correlation and debugging. The successful candidate's minimum qualifications will include the following: * MS in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Applied Sciences or equivalent with a minimum of 15+ years of relevant experience * Knowledge of signal integrity, power integrity and EMI theory (jitter, crosstalk, Power Distribution Networks, transmission line, impedance etc), SSN analysis, cost-performance IC package design tradeoffs, PCB, package design and modeling for monolithic, stacked die, and other SoC technologies * Possess excellent communication skill for successful interaction with wide range of engineering groups across different geographical sites * Possess excellent analytical skill and provide effective solutions to technical issues in a timely manner * Experienced with lab measurements using oscilloscopes, TDRs, VNAs, BERTs and spectrum analyzers ________________________________ Confidentiality Notice.
