ralf, you should be safe with limiting total jitter to:

DC < F < 22kHz:  Tj < 9.05 UI pp

22kHz < F < 1.9MHz:  Tj < (9.15 - F*4.47E-6)UI pp

F >1.9MHz: Tj < 0.65 UI pp
