If you are looking for Specctra autorouter, there is an embedded options in
the "autoroute" menu in PROTEL.

Go to Autoroute-> Specctra interface->Export design file and create the
design file readable to specctra. Open this file in specctra, route and
write the route file. This route file can be read back in PROTEL, giving you
the routed information.
