[SI-LIST] Impedance matching

I am looking for a good buffer to do impedance matching from 75ohm to 50 ohms
and vice versa. Current I am using maxim part and I am not getting satisfactory
results.
Is there any ideas to achieve this impedance matching or any good buffers?
