Thanks for reply,but my problem is to find DDR2 controller feature IBIS model
of TMS320C6455BGTZA,I have a IBIS model for this device but it doesn't contain
models for DDR2 controller Unit of this DSP.

It is likely I can make one for you if you cannot get one from TI. We have
