Have you considered an EBD model for this?

Subject: Re: [SI-LIST] Ibis model Receiver help.

Hi Tom and others,

Thanks for all the help so far. The circuit between the pins includes AC
coupling and rebias. Though the rebias is irrelevant the termination
resistor and 2 inductors are also included. Thus the clamp data will only be
a part of the model. I need to represent the AC coupling and termination
circuit. Is there any way to do this? I understand that I can tell people to
add these components to their simulations in such a fashion along with the
package model. However, it makes things a bit more complicated. I would
like to find a solution that would work within the model so the user does
not have to do anything special.

Thanks,

Peter

This is one of those questions that has the "it depends" answer. What is
the additional circuitry and which simulator are you trying to use are key
elements that have a strong bearing on the answer.
