Preliminary program for the 29th IEEE Conference on Electrical Performance
of Electronic Packaging and Systems (EPEPS) is now available at
www.epeps.org/program.htm. We have a strong technical program this year
with 2 keynote presentations, 1 invited presentation, 1 IEEE EPS special
presentation on benchmarking, tutorials, virtual booths, and 43 technical
paper presentations. Registration for this year's virtual conference is
also now open at epeps.org/registration.html. Conference is free for
students.
We are looking forward to seeing all of you at EPEPS 2020.
