Hi Sogo,

A simple syntax, somewhat like HSPICE B element.

.icm icm_model_instance_name
+ file = 'icm_file_name'
+ model = 'icm_model_name'
+ swath

swath is an optional parameter, it induces HSPICE to
expand swath matrix.
