Hello, Susan, Not sure if others have answered your question yet. The answer is almost always "this is a problem". The simple fix is to add points to [both] clamp tables with 0.00A at 0.00V, and additional 0A points out to 2*Vcc. This forces correct interpolation/extrapolation by all tools. The only exception is when there is already data in the table in the range 0-2Vcc, in which case one should try to understand why the current is not 0A at the reference voltage for that table. Feel free to suggest to your model provider that they submit their IBIS file to the IBIS Model Review Committee for comment (http://www.eigroup.org/ibis/support.htm).
