Hi Khalid: The presentation by Arpad Muranyi entitled,"Introduction to IBIS models and IBIS model making A Short Course on Circuit Simulation and Signal Integrity in Microelectronic Circuits and Systems" (availble at ANSII/EIA-656-A IBIS Homepage) also provides valuable studying. The material contains procedure for generating data for an IBIS model from a Spice netlist, using HSPICE and IBIS Center ( a LabVIEW program).
