[SI-LIST] IBIS model for MCP553/554/5566

I'm having difficulty locating an IBIS model for the Freescale MCP553/554 or 
MCP5566 Power PC parts (416-pin BGA).  Can anyone point me to a source?
I haven't even been able to determine if they are all the same fab process.  My 
last encounter with Freescale support was dismal.  They asked if a boundary 
scan model would work.
