Multi-line coupled spice models for the DDR DIMM connector can be
obtained from the many various manufacturers of these connectors. I
have used Molex and Tyco versions in the past. They are provided by
request after signing a license agreement.

I would caution anyone from using single-line models of these
connectors. Signal to ground/power ratios are quite high on the DDR
DIMM connector. A multi-line, fully coupled simulation with non-ideal
ground and power connections is necessary for full characterization of
the DDR data path.

regards,

scott
