If you do a google on hysterisis you will be swamped by magnetic related
articles etc. Maybe the original question was regarding delayed response to
settle down reflections, overshoot issues which may be called by some
uninformed as hysterisis. The cost is, of course, system slowdown if you
simple solve si-related problems with "hysterisis"
