Since Jon asked......Apsim auto extracts the Transmission lines in the form of W elements from Allegro, PADS, Mentor Board Station, Protel. It builds the Hspice circuit files with the Hspice transistor level or IBIS models. This includes crosstalk and full SI capability is supported. For anybody needing this check out www.apsimtech.com.
