[SI-LIST] Hspice models from S param analysis

Dear All,
I'm trying to simulate with Hspice some models generated by HFSS, from an
S(f) param analysis.
I find that every time I choose in HFSS the option << Combine Sweeps >> the
Hspice simulation does not converge. I suppose that it could be because
results from different sweeps on different frequency range (sweep1:0-10GHz
sweep2:10GHz-20GHz) do not match exactly (at 10GHz.
Did someone find a similar problem? does someone know a way to obtain better
results?
