[SI-LIST] Re: Hspice : Newbie question

I believe there is a difference between asking:
How does SPICE do a simple thing and
How does IBIS supply this answer in conjunction with SPICE.

The answer to one may be apparent in the SPICE manual. The other
is only apparent to those who are familiar with SPICE and IBIS.

I also think that brow beating college students is a little too
easy for mature engineers.

Have another cup of coffee. Smile a little.

Have Fun,
Jon

I couldn't agree with Ed more. I don't have time to read through dozens of
posting by lazy college students while waiting for a rare legitimate
posting. It may only take less than a minute to be interrupted, read enough
to understand that the posting is from someone too LAZY TO READ THE HSPICE
USER'S MANUAL, then pick up the previous thread. But, multiply that 1
minute by everyone on this list, and it adds up to a large amount of wasted
time.

Participants posting question easily answered with a trivial amount of
self-initiative should be blocked from using the list.

Hi all,

I think ..this is enough...

I would say that no one should believe to have the right to decide what
should and what should'nt post in this list that I suppose to a pubblic and
free list...

If one do not consider a question important why loose time just top answer
that the question is not important...

Siva:

Please put these kind of questions to your HSPICE FAE. This is not the

level of topic that should be posted in the si-list.
